VanReceipts Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the VanReceipts app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use VanReceipts on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions

• VanReceipts offers a Pro subscription at £/$15 per month or £/$99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pricing shown in the app for your region is authoritative.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or abuse our processing service, reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Not financial or tax advice

VanReceipts helps you record and organise expenses and estimate profit. It does not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for meeting your own tax and reporting obligations. Automatic receipt reading and categorisation may contain errors; review your data before relying on it.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Optional cloud features depend on third-party services and may change or be unavailable.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
